EXPLAINER VIDEO
PRODUCTION PROCESS

The power of animated explainer videos lies in their ability to distill complex information into clear and digestible parts. Delivering a concise and engaging message takes energy and creativity.

By the time a viewer watches one of our typical two-minutes videos, over 100 hours of work has gone into producing the final animationIn addition to incorporating the ideas of our client, our team includes a creative director, script writer, illustrator, voiceover artist, animator, sound designer, and sometimes a composer. Creating a "simple" explainer video is anything but simple.

While every project is a little different, most animated explainer video projects follow a production process that includes: idea development and scripting writing, illustration and storyboard creation, voiceover recording, editing and animation, and sound design. A typical explainer video project takes about 6-8 weeks to complete, with budgets starting around $6k and going up from there. Projects can sometimes be completed more quickly, if needed.
